Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Flower Subscription/CSA?
Community-supported agriculture (CSA) is a production and marketing model in which consumers buy shares or subscriptions to a farm’s harvest in advance.
When do pick-ups occur?
Seasonal Subscriptions span 4 weeks. You will be updated with exact dates based on flower growth. Most pick-up days fall on Fridays between 5-7 pm.
Where can I pick up my flowers?
All floral arrangements and subscriptions can be picked up at The Seed Farm: 5854 Vera Cruz Rd. Emmaus, PA 18049
Will my flowers be thrown away if i miss the pick-up window?
No, they will be kept in the cooler as long as possible.
Are any of the flowers harmful to animals?
I have started using really pretty Lilies. If the animal is eating the flowers, it could be potentially harmful. Email us at bubblyhillsfarm@gmail.com and let me know. I can substitute Sunflowers instead of Lilies.
What if I cannot find an option on the Wedding A La Carte page?
I do not have all the options listed that are available. So please email us at bubblyhillsfarm@gmail.com, options are added as often as possible.
How long do your flowers last?
This is a tricky question because it all depends on the flowers and how they are treated. If you change the water and cut the stems every day, you will get 7 days at least, typically. If you just put them in water, you are looking at 5-7 days.
What if I cannot make the designated pick-up options work?
If our normal pick-up options do not work for you, please email us at bubblyhillsfarm@gmail.com and we will find a solution to accommodate your needs.
Do you use pesticides?
No, on the farm, we utilize Biological Control agents, beneficial insects, and natural soil supplements to make the healthiest flowers possible.
